J-Pro is the best! They were so thorough and helpful throughout this process. They are a kind, family-owned business that really knows its stuff! Following the inspection, they provided us with a 70-page document covering every inch of the house. They provide pictures and explanations of everything they find. They even rank repairs/maintenance items by how critical they are to have repaired, so as a buyer, you understand how to best approach the various projects you might have in the future. There was nothing overlooked, and his report gave us the comprehensive knowledge we needed to make the appropriate decisions regarding the property that we could, if desired, take to the negotiating table. The cost of the inspection was very fair. Carol, who set the inspection appointment and deftly handled communication details was very personable and a pleasure to talk with.
